Returned retail merchandise is eligible for exchange or refund of the original payment within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be returned with the original packaging intact, unused and undamaged, in order to be eligible for a return. All shipping costs for return will be deducted from refund.

The card reads "Happy Birthday" in Jo's own unique antiquey lettering, created using paper cuts. An ideal birthday card for the Jack Russell owner, dog lover, or for anyone who would be cheered by this happy, fancy ruff-wearing terrier...that's everyone isn't it? Each is made from eco-friendly card and comes with an envelope made from a mix of recycled paper and citrus peels that would otherwise be headed to landfill.
